Eat your stress Away

your frazzled nerves. 
 
		- Eating unrefined carbohydrates, nuts and bananas boosts
the formation of serotonin, another feel-good drug. 
 
		- Small amounts of protein
containing the amino acid tryptamine can give you a boost when stress tires you
out.
